The amounts you wish to protect by the TalSafe service are subject to a trust mandate under Swiss law. This specifies that you retain ownership of them for the duration of the contract signed with CoofitTal, the mandated structure. This implies that these entrusted amounts cannot be used by CoofiTal for any other pruposes than those previously defined. The amounts will not appear on the balance sheet of CoofiTal and therefore, in any case of possible failure of the mandated structure the law cannot use your money to wipe out CoofiTal’s debts.
So you no longer carry the corporate failure risk that weighs on your bank deposits today.
